Guided Tour of the Spring Valley Property

There are two main ways into this
Spring Valley
property:
- Take
the CMC turn off from Highway 82, go passed CMC and turn onto Co Rd 115, go
about 5 miles to Co. Rd 119, then to Heather Lane and follow the
direction shown in the pictures (you do not take the dirt Co Rd. 119 that
you come to before Co Rd 115 but rather you will be hooking up with the far
end of Co Rd 119)
- Or,
take the Red Canyon Road, turning off of Highway 82 opposite Holy Cross Electric. While all of the
locals use this road to come and go I do not recommend it because part is
one lane with a 200 foot drop off. Also, even though shown in the photos, do
not take the back entry into the property shown in the photo. It is
impassable in bad weather and is a rough jeep trail, it is, however one of
two legal accesses into the property. If you take

and have an accident I am not responsible, you have been warned.
