The History of Glenwood Brokers

We have been serving the Roaring Fork Valley for 27 years.  Pat is proud to be a part of the community, having been involved as President of the Board of Realtors, Chairman of the Multiple List System and presently one of the Directors of the Board of Realtors.  Pat also has served the community as Chairman of Planning and Zoning for both Glenwood Springs and Garfield County.  Pat was honored by the Realtor Association as the 2002 Realtor of the Year.

Glenwood Brokers was established in 1982 and is a full service real estate office.  Services offered include both Buyer and Seller representation, land development, general real estate and property management.   We would be glad to provide references for your consideration.
